Estimated Delivery Time (EDT)

Our Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) is based on the following formula:

Estimated Fulfilment (2-5 business days) + Estimated Shipping (2-5 business days) = Estimated Delivery Time

On average, our order fulfilment takes 2-5 business days for all production techniques. We consider the current order volume and our fulfilment capacity when calculating our estimated fulfilment time. Similarly, we calculate the estimated shipping time according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.

Please note that the Estimated Delivery Time is an estimate, not a guarantee. Factors that may cause an order to arrive past its EDT include:

  • Issues with print or embroidery files

  • Products being out of stock

  • Shipping-related delays, such as failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions
